FOR ALL SERVICES:

~All supplies included (unless clients prefer their own).
~Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair/excrement, or last-minute/same days bookings.
~24-hour cancellation policy applies. (see below)
~$30 deposit due to secure all appointments. Deposit is to be paid prior to service start and goes toward service cost AND is not refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of service.
~Minimum charge of $100 per service.
~Larger properties require a custom quote.
~Some service areas include a small travel fee.

In Michigan, residential cleaning doesn’t require a state license, but we make sure we’re compliant with Oakland County and Lake Orion guidelines.
