Service Description
Need assistance with packing or unpacking? We’ve got you covered! ~Packing time varies depending on the home size and number of belongings. ~Deposit required for larger jobs or flat-rate bookings. ~2-hour minimum required. ~Custom flat-rates for larger jobs. INCLUDED WITH PACKING: -Organizing and safely boxing up household items -Labeling boxes by room or category -Wrapping fragile items (glassware, dishes, decor) -Disassembling small furniture if needed INCLUDED IN UNPACKING: -Unboxing and organizing items into cabinets, drawers, closets -Light tidying as we unpack -Helping set up basic home areas (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) ADD ON OPTIONS: -Packing materials (tape, paper, labels) +$40 flat -Closet/Dresser Organizing +$40/hr -Disposing of packing boxes +$30
Policies and Procedures
For All Services: ~All supplies included (unless clients prefer their own). ~Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair/excrement, or last-minute/same days bookings. ~24-hour cancellation policy applies. (see below) ~$30 deposit due to secure all appointments. Deposit goes toward service cost and is not refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of service. ~Minimum charge of $100 per service. ~Larger properties require a custom quote. ~Some service areas include a small travel fee. RECURRING CLIENT DISCOUNTS: ~Weekly 15% off ~Bi-Weekly 10% off ~Monthly 5% off Add-On Services (Priced Separately): -Inside Oven $40 -Inside Fridge $40 -Interior Windows $5 per window -Baseboards & Doors $30+ -Laundry Washed/Dried/Folded $20 per load (you provide detergent) -Load/Unload Dishwasher $10 -Hand Wash Dishes $Prices Vary
