Cancellation Policy

For All Services: All supplies included (unless clients prefer their own). Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or last-minute/same days bookings. 24-hour cancellation policy applies. (see below) $30 deposit due to secure all appointments. Deposit goes toward service cost and is not refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of service. Minimum charge of $100 per service. Larger properties require a custom quote. Some service areas include a small travel fee. RECURRING CLIENT DISCOUNTS: -Weekly 15% off -Bi-Weekly 10% off -Monthly 5% off Standard Cleaning Rates: 1 bed / 1 bath - $120 2 bed / 1 bath - $150 3 bed / 2 bath - $180 4 bed / 3 bath - $220 Deep Cleaning Rates: Add an additional $100 to standard cleaning rates for 1-2 bedrooms and $150 for 3-4 bedrooms. Add-On Services (Priced Separately): -Inside Oven $40 -Inside Fridge $40 -Interior Windows $5 per window -Baseboards & Doors $30+ -Organization Services $Price varies -Laundry Washed/Dried/Folded $20 per load (you provide detergent) For Vacation Rentals Only: Fast and reliable turnover includes kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, and resetting rooms. Laundry service (linens & towels) available for an additional charge.
